Take 5 Oil Change is a quick lube service company founded in 1984 in Metairie, Louisiana. It introduced the innovative "stay-in-your-car" oil change concept, allowing customers to remain in their vehicles while receiving fast service, typically completed in about five minutes. The company emphasizes speed and convenience, boasting daily car counts significantly above the industry average and a high rate of repeat customers.

With over 1,000 locations across the U.S. and parts of Canada, Take 5 has expanded rapidly since its early days. It operates both company-owned and franchised stores in at least 19 U.S. states and several Canadian provinces. The company is part of Driven Brands, which has supported its growth since acquiring it in 2016. Take 5 Oil Change offers quick oil changes, minor automotive repairs, and maintenance services, all performed by certified technicians, with no appointment necessary. The brand is also active in local communities through charity initiatives and sponsorships.
